Saturday:

  • Chicken with yoghurt and honey
  • Persian lamb and rhubarb stew
  • Green lentil, apricot and pepper tagine (v)
    • served with rice or cous cous

Sunday:

  • Chorizo and chickpea cassoulet
  • Chicken, olive and lentil tagine
  • Black bean and bulghar wheat chilli (v)
    • served with rice

Lamb kofte kebabs, baked with pine nuts and served with warm flatbreads and salad selection - £8.50

Slow-roast pork belly, on sweet potato mash - £8.50

Orange and mustard marinated chicken, with orange and green bean salad and spiced cous cous - £8.50

Baked aubergines with spiced labneh (yoghurt cheese), served with warm flatbreads and salad selection (v) - £7

Catalan fish stew - £9

A mixture of monkfish and clams, flavoured with smoked paprika, saffron and almonds and served with spiced cous cous.

Desserts:

Persian fruit salad and baklava - £3

A brilliantly boozy dessert; summer fruits steeped in orange blossom water and kirsch, with a rich honey layered pastry.

Bindi Fruitti di Bosco - £3

A Roman dessert - a pastry base with chantilly cream covered in raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and redcurrants.
