Friday dinner:

  • Beef and ale stew with yorkshire puddings
  • Chickpea, lemon and feta stir-fry with rice (v)

Saturday breakfast:

  • Sausage/veggie sausage sandwiches
  • Porridge with home made jam

Saturday lunch:

  • Chicken and barley pottage
  • Leek and potato soup (v)
    • Served with crusty bread and cheese

Saturday banquet:

  • Roast ham with plum and ginger glaze
  • Spiced chicken legs
  • Herbed new potatoes (v)
  • Red cabbage and apple salad (v)
  • Green bean and radish salad (v)
  • Bread rolls
  • Roast chicory parcels with orange and goat's cheese for vegetarians (v)
